Powering 67-Unit Supportive Living Community in Medford

L.E.B. Electric is proud to be working on the WellLife Network at Medford Gardens project at 3161 Horseblock Road.

This project means a lot to us. It’s a 3-story, all-electric, energy-efficient building with 67 units of affordable housing designed to support seniors with mental health needs right here on Long Island.

Our team is handling the electrical work throughout the project, including EV charging stations, a standby generator, and powering spaces like the community room, exercise and wellness room, on-site laundry facility on each floor, and outdoor recreation area.

This project is being developed by WellLife Network, with support from NYS and the Town of Brookhaven IDA, and funding through the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative via the NYS Department of Mental Health.

Great working alongside Belfor Restoration and H2M Architects + Engineers to bring this together.

Proud of our team’s work, and even more proud of what it’s going to mean for the community.

Transforming Patient Access with New Parking Garage at Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital

From the ground up, L.E.B. Electric proudly delivered the parking garage at Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital, helping create a smoother, more convenient experience for patients, visitors, and staff.

Projects like this go beyond construction. They’re about improving everyday moments during times that matter most. We’re honored to play a role in enhancing access and supporting better patient care for the community.

Improving Traffic Flow and Safety on Northern State Parkway

Our team is working alongside Posillico on a major NYS DOT project, helping improve traffic flow and safety on the Northern State Parkway on the eastbound and westbound lanes between Route 110 and the Wantagh Parkway.

This project includes both daytime and overnight operations to keep progress moving while minimizing disruptions. Our team is installing advanced traffic detection systems like induction loops and radar to better monitor vehicle counts, speed, and overall flow in real time. These upgrades will help manage congestion more efficiently and enhance safety for everyone on the road.

We’re also installing a new NYS INFORM camera, which involves building a 14-foot-deep foundation, erecting a 50-foot steel pole, and integrating fiber optics to connect it into the statewide INFORM system.

We’re proud to play a role in creating smarter, safer roadways for Long Island commuters.

Meet Kellie Kerr from L.E.B. Electric’s Finance and Billing Department

Meet Kellie Kerr from our Finance and Billing department, one of the people who keeps everything running at L.E.B. Electric.

Kellie plays a key role in our day-to-day operations, handling payroll, managing monthly billing, and assisting our accounting team. Her attention to detail and steady approach help ensure everything stays on track, making her an essential part of keeping the business moving smoothly.

She joined L.E.B. Electric in 2015 right out of college, starting as an assistant to the low voltage team. From there, Kellie expanded her experience by working on BID submissions and supporting project managers before stepping into her current role. With a degree in business management and finance, Kellie was naturally drawn to this field and has grown with the company ever since.

Outside of work, Kellie stays just as busy, as a proud mom of three young children.

L.E.B. Electric is grateful to have Kellie as part of our team.

American Flag Flown over U.S. Capitol in Honor of L.E.B.’s Bill Budrewicz

L.E.B. Electric would like to extend our sincere thanks to U.S. Congressman Andrew Garbarino for arranging to have an American Flag flown over the United States Capitol in honor of our own Bill Budrewicz, recognizing his dedicated service to our country as a United States Marine Corps veteran.

We are deeply grateful to Bill for his commitment and sacrifice in service to our nation. We also extend our appreciation to all veterans whose courage and dedication help preserve the freedoms we enjoy today.

God Bless America.

Long Island’s Premier Electrical Contractor for Residential Projects

Great progress is underway at Meadowood Properties in East Meadow. Our team at LEB Electric has completed the rough interior wiring for Building 2, which includes 8 residential units. It’s been great working alongside Zucaro Construction, and we’re excited to install the lighting devices and bring this property one step closer to completion.

Next up, we’ll be starting work on Building 1, a 12-unit building with a slightly different design. Looking forward to continuing the momentum and sharing more updates soon.
