L.E.B. Electric is proud to support Honor Flight Long Island and the incredible work they do to recognize the service and sacrifice of our veterans.
L.E.B. Electric recently made a donation to fully sponsor two veterans on their trip from Long Island MacArthur Airport to Washington, D.C., where they will visit the memorials dedicated in their honor. This sponsorship covers their round-trip airfare, ground transportation, and meals for the day, helping make this powerful one-day experience possible.
L.E.B. Electric President Bill Parker presented the check to Honor Flight Long Island Board President Bill Jones.
We are grateful for the opportunity to give back to those who have given so much for our country, and we thank Honor Flight Long Island for continuing to create such meaningful experiences for our veterans.

This week we honor the police officers who gave their lives in the line of duty and recognize those currently serving in law enforcement. We thank our local law enforcement for the dedicated job they do each day in keeping our communities safe.

L.E.B. Electric is proud to be part of New York State Department of Transportation’s INFORM program, where we are helping improve safety, traffic flow, and mobility for millions of Long Island motorists every day.
Our team has been hard at work along the north side of the Northern State Parkway westbound between Round Swamp Road and Sunnyside Boulevard, installing a new 50-foot camera pole that will help monitor real-time traffic conditions as part of this state-of-the-art transportation network.
This project was completed alongside Posillico Civil. The pole was purchased from Stony Brook Manufacturing in Calverton, while the camera and radar detection system were provided by Traffic Systems Inc. in Holtsville. From start to finish, a strong collaboration between Long Island companies working together to improve critical infrastructure across the region.
The INFORM system plays a critical role across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, utilizing thousands of sensors, hundreds of cameras, and advanced traffic management technology to provide drivers with real-time travel information, reduce congestion, improve response times, enhance roadway safety and decrease the accident rate.
We’re proud to support these projects that help keep Long Island moving safely and efficiently.

Today we recognize the hardworking men and women in the field who power our projects every day. From complex installations to critical infrastructure work, their skill, precision, and dedication keep Long Island running.
As we celebrate National Skilled Trades Day, let’s encourage the next generation of workers. To those considering a career in the trades, there’s never been a better time to get involved.

Last week we gave you a first look at this project and now here are more photos of our traffic signal work at the intersection of Townline Road with Mt. Pleasant and Blydenburgh Roads in Hauppauge.
Every detail of this project is focused on safety. From improving traffic flow to enhancing pedestrian crossings, our team is committed to making this intersection safer for everyone who travels through it each day.
Proud of the work our team continues to deliver out in the field to keep our communities moving and protected.

Our Traffic Signal Division took another step forward in making our communities safer and more accessible.
The LEB Electric team has been in Hauppauge working on a project at the intersection of Townline and Mt. Pleasant Roads as part of the Suffolk County Department of Public Works ADA requirements contract, helping improve disability access throughout the county.
L.E.B. Electric is installing pedestrian enhancements, working alongside Deal Concrete who is handling the sidewalk improvements.
Projects like this are a great reminder that small changes in infrastructure can make a big difference in people’s daily lives.
