Remember The Past
Since 1986
L.E.B. Electric was founded by Louis Edward Black back in 1986. An electrician by trade, Lou opened his company and led it until 2007, when he presented William “Bill” Parker with the opportunity to purchase the company. Along with a partner, Mr. Parker purchased L.E.B. Electric. Shortly thereafter, he bought out his partner’s share of the business and has been the sole owner and President of the company since 2009. L.E.B. has grown exponentially under Bill’s leadership, branching out into every phase of commercial electrical construction, encompassing everything from high voltage to security and communications and becoming one of the larger players in the electrical industry.

William Parker - President
Mr. Parker began his career with L.E.B. Electric as a Local 25 electrician shortly after graduating from Baldwin Senior High School in 1998. Starting as an apprentice, he worked his way up through the company until 2007 when he was presented with the opportunity to purchase the company from founder Lou Black.
William has gathered over 22 years of experience in all phases of electrical construction. Since 2009, William has single-handedly overseen all of L.E.B. Electric’s daily operations and is the top decision-maker in the company.

Our organization has strived to be the best in our business and this holds true when it comes to safety. We enjoy success and sustainability due to the hard work and dedication of the people within our organization who have been and continue to be our most valuable and precious resource. As such, it is our commitment to protect this most valuable resource, our employees, and others by providing a safe working environment, establishing and executing safe work practices and an unwavering commitment to safety.
In 2020, L.E.B. Electric performed a complete overhaul of our safety program. Our Health and Safety Plan and programs are intended to establish and maintain a safe working environment through training, communication, and execution. Our Safety Department will continuously support the education, training, and assessment of activities that are required to help us identify and eliminate health and safety risks. It is the responsibility of each employee, from top management to each tradesperson, to utilize the training and resources provided to ensure the safe execution of our daily operations.
At L.E.B. Electric, we believe that safety requires open communication, accountability, ownership, and a personal commitment by every member of the organization. Nothing is more important than maintaining an injury and incident-free workplace.
