L.E.B Electric, Meet the Team, Carson Juliano, Project Manager

Carson’s passion for the trades runs deep; he’s a fifth-generation New York union worker from a long line of carpenters. With such strong roots in construction, it was only natural for him to follow a similar path. But after a conversation with LEB’s owner Bill Parker, Carson was inspired to pursue a career in the electrical trade. Bill emphasized the challenge and reward of electrical work few are willing to take on the risks and precision the field demands. That mindset resonated with Carson. He wanted to develop a specialized skill and earn his place in one of the most rigorous and in-demand trades.

Since joining LEB Electric in 2019, Carson has continually worked to raise the bar. What began as a goal to become a foreman or superintendent has now grown into a mission to support the company’s long-term growth from the office side.

Today, as a Project Manager and Jr. Estimator, Carson oversees projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, electricians, and contractors to ensure every job is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to LEB’s high standards. He also works closely with senior estimators, assisting with takeoffs, gathering quotes, and reviewing bids.

Carson brings drive, integrity, and a deep respect for the trades to everything he does just another reason we’re proud to have him on the LEB team.
